Cyber Academy

1.  Trainees are required to maintain a minimum attendance rate of 90% for all scheduled training sessions.

2.  Absences exceeding 10% of total training hours without valid justification will trigger a formal review.

3.  Trainees with 3 or more consecutive unexplained absences will be subject to immediate counselling and potential disciplinary action. The CDA must notify the Cyber Awareness and Training Department, which will inform the relevant entities or forces of the absence.

4.  Trainees with absenteeism exceeding 10% will be considered to have failed the specified course.

5.  Failure in three consecutive courses will result in suspension of the cybersecurity reward or incentive.

6.  Formal communication regarding these matters will be sent to the relevant forces or entities through the Awareness and Training Department.

7.  Initial non-compliance issues will be addressed through counselling and support. Continued non-compliance or serious breaches will be escalated to management for disciplinary action in line with Organization policies.

8.  Compliance data, including attendance rates and behavioral incidents, will be reviewed monthly to identify trends and inform improvements.
