Welcome to the Cyber Development Academy's (CDA) Learning Experience Platform (LXP). Your access to and use of this platform are conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with the terms outlined below. 1    Account Security and Responsibility
 1.1    You are responsible for all activities under your account.
 1.2    Keep your username and password confidential; do not share them with others.

2    Authorized Access
 2.1    Access is limited to registered, authorized users only.
 2.2    Do not use someone else’s account or allow others to use yours.

3    Appropriate Use
 3.1    Use the platform solely for official, academy-related learning and assessments.
 3.2    Follow all procedures and guidelines provided for platform use.

4    Confidentiality of Information
 4.1    All LXP content and data are confidential and owned by the LXP Organization.
 4.2    Do not save, share, or transfer any platform information outside your authorized scope.

5    Prohibition on Recording and Distribution
 5.1    Do not record, photograph, screenshot, copy, or distribute any platform content.
 5.2    Sharing materials externally via email, social media, or other channels is forbidden.

6    Academic and Assessment Integrity
 6.1    Complete all assignments and assessments independently and honestly.
 6.2    Follow all examination rules as set by the CDA.

7    Compliance and Consequences
 7.1    Your use of the LXP is governed by this policy and related Organization regulations.
 7.2    Non-compliance may lead to disciplinary actions, including suspension or dismissal.
 7.3    By continuing to use the platform, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
