Use of the LXP Portal
The electronic portal of the LXP in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (hereinafter referred to as the “LXP Portal” or the “Portal”) is provided for personal use only. Access to and use of the Portal are subject to these Terms of Use and the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Your access to or use of the Portal constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms, whether you are a registered user or not, effective from your first use of the Portal.
Any amendments to these Terms shall become effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of the Portal following such amendments constitutes full acceptance thereof. These Terms include the Privacy Policy and Intellectual Property Rights provisions.
Use Restrictions
By using the Portal, you agree not to:
- Upload or distribute files containing software, materials, data, or information you do not own or have permission to use.
- Use the Portal to send unsolicited or commercial electronic messages.
- Upload files containing viruses or corrupted data.
- Publish or distribute defamatory, unlawful, obscene, or inappropriate content.
- Engage in illegal activities in violation of the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Advertise products or services that violate applicable laws or regulations.
- Interfere with or disrupt the proper operation of the Portal.
- Impose unreasonable or excessive loads on the Portal’s infrastructure.

Creating electronic links to the Portal or its content is prohibited without prior written approval from the LXP. The LXP reserves the right to impose conditions for allowing such links.
The LXP Organization is not responsible for, nor affiliated with, any external content, trademarks, or logos appearing on linked websites.
Links from the Portal
Links to external websites are provided for convenience only. The LXP is not responsible for their content or reliability, and access is at the user’s own risk.
Virus Protection
While reasonable efforts are made to ensure the safety of Portal content, users are advised to use antivirus software. The LXP shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from use of the Portal.
Disclaimer of Claims
The Portal and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. The LXP shall not be liable for any interruptions, errors, or damages arising from use of the Portal.
Limitation of Liability
Use of the Portal is entirely at your own risk. The LXP shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use, reliance on content, service interruption, or access issues.
The sole remedy for any damage is to discontinue use of the Portal.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the LXP and its employees, agents, and representatives from any claims arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
Termination of Use
The LXP reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Portal at any time, without notice, for violation of these Terms or any other reason deemed appropriate.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Portal is protected by copyright and trademark laws. No content may be copied, modified, distributed, or reused without prior written consent from the LXP.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
Electronic Forms
The Portal provides electronic forms for personal data inquiry and updates. Access rights are granted based on user roles. The LXP is not responsible for incorrect data submitted by users.
